Dick Loscheider learned his craft as a carpenter and his drive for perfection
in home building from his father NIck. Today, Dick continues the hands-on,
attention to detail that has been his mission as a second generation home builder,
now celebrating over 30 years of success in the Twin Cities home building industry.


While Dick is committed to exacting standards of quality in every job he undertakes, he knows that honesty, integrity and doing business the right way is what was instilled in him by his father and is the true measure of success.
